Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, Stride & Style only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available yet.

When will I get my order?

Orders are packed and prepared within 1–2 business days. After that, standard delivery takes about 6–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Cost: Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Orders

Cancellations: If your order has not been processed, we can cancel and refund it. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can request a return.
Address Updates: Contact us quickly if you need to update your shipping address. Changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Process: Email support@stride&style.comwith our order details to start a return.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
